- General Provisions & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grandeur LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We reserve the right to refine or update these terms at our absolute discretion. Continued use of our website or services following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Eligibility & Account Security
To purchase a Grandeur piece, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Orders, Pricing, & Exclusivity
- Availability: Because the Grandeur Series are rare, limited-edition engineering marvels, all orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to any individual.
- Pricing: All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
- No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges Policy
Due to the highly exclusive, limited-production nature, and precise calibration required for each Grandeur series, all sales are final.
- No Refunds: Grandeur LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been successfully processed and confirmed.
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, aesthetic preference, or buyer’s remorse.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your vessel arrives damaged during transit or exhibits a verified manufacturing defect upon unboxing, you must contact our Concierge Team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at info@grandeurstores.com. Upon verification, Grandeur LLC will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or repair the piece.
- Intellectual Property
All content featured on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, proprietary levitation technology, images, and software—is the exclusive property of Grandeur LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
- Limitation of Liability
Grandeur LLC provides its products and digital gallery on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grandeur LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, the handling of our products, or the operation of the electromagnetic base.
- Governing Law
